REACTING VERSES RESPONDING

When we react, we experience life as difficult. We may feel that life is out to get us. These reactions are automatic, intense and damaging. They can lead to unwanted consequences, not the least of which are feelings of remorse, regret, guilt, or shame.

But what if you don’t have to react? What if you could learn to respond in a kind, compassionate and powerful way?

That’s what we’ll explore in today’s training. You’ll learn the seven biological responses to life situations and understand of how to respond versus react so that you can create ease, embody compassion, find positive solutions and sustain healthy relationships.
