Even though you have some understanding (maybe even dabbled a bit) it seems difficult to know what to practice and how to implement that practice to get results. You will learn and put into place the three most important, conscious practices to support you physically, psychologically and spiritually so you can experience loving and being loved without apology.

Conscious practices opposed to just "practice" is like the difference between "self care" and "self-aware self care." One might look like taking time to ourselves in a bath only to numb out and distract ourselves on Netflix and the other is something that supports our inner sense of empowerment and well being - one leaves us filled up and the other leaves us facing the same thing again tomorrow.

During this stage you will take the practices you learned and implement them in your life. You will practice them with your family while continuing to receive support so that you actually embody what you've learned (and inherently know deep down).

Being supported in the refinement process allows for real, lasting transformation and results. I'll be there to guide you and support you through the entire process.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS COURSE

Change isn't easy. But the process is pretty straight forward.

W​hen you join me for this transformative program, we're going to start with a little pre-instruction. As soon as you complete your registration, I'll send you some material to help you get started. These will essentially be some teaching videos that'll help you get familiar with the program and will introduce you to the three types of meditation and mindfulness practices we'll be using.

In the first two sessions, I'll be sharing the specific practices, tools and teachings you need to create real transformation emotionally, physically and spiritually.

During the final four sessions, I'm there to support your growth, healing, embodiment as well as help you share these where applicable with your family.

 

  • Three Essential Meditation Techniques

    You will learn and practice three specific meditation techniques each specifically designed to help build emotional safety and stability, develop presence and feel grounded, and find deep, inner stillness and connection. These practices fall into the three categories: Observant, Focused, and Transcendent meditation. These meditations are foundational and life-long practices that will bring you continued insight, peace and empowerment.

  • Primordial Sound Meditation® (PSM®) Certificate

    The specific Transcendent practice you will learn is called Primordial Sound Meditation(PSM®). As a Chopra Centre Certified Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM®) teacher you’ll receive your personalized PSM® mantra, instruction and certificate! You will also receive your children’s personalized PSM® mantra and instruction. This is something they will have for the rest of their lives regardless of age!

  • Tailor Practices for Your Children

    You will learn how to tailor each meditation practice for your children in an age-appropriate manner, so that they can learn and practice in a way that makes sense for them. You will also discover how to overcome the obstacles that may arise on your journey as you and your family implement these practices in your lives. This course will show you how to effectively support your kids on this journey so that they become life long tools to remain empowered and happy.

  • Weekly Support Sessions and Personal Coaching

    You will benefit from four weekly support sessions after the initial instructional sessions, where you will receive individual coaching, and a breathwork sessions. You will be held in a safe space for you to get your questions and personally processes whatever you need. I will hold you accountable in a gentle and kind way, share any necessary insights or teachings, and guide you to greater breakthroughs, transformation and empowerment.

  • Understand Physiological, Psychological and Spiritual Wellness

    You will explore your conscious evolution as it relates to the physical, psychological (mental/emotional) and spiritual aspects of life. You’ll understand the stress response, the physical effects of trauma and the impact on our immune system. You‘ll also discover how reactive emotional patterns are created and how to change and heal them. I will explain the higher states of consciousness and their inherent qualities so that you can recognize them and their influence in your life.

  • Be Support and Held in Conscious Community

    You will connect and learn from like minded mom’s facing similar situations who also have the desire to be supported in finding greater self love and acceptance, experience greater peace and grace in their lives as a parent and women.

    Inner peace and stillness is already within you. I just get to share the essential practices and guide to inward to discover the authentic YOU.

I'll be there to hold space for you as you face any difficulties or challenges. I'll hold you in your vulnerability and I will be there to support your rise.

TIMING OF THE PROGRAM

Starting Sept 25th we will meet for 2 consecutive, instructional, coaching sessions. Subsequently, you'll be supported weekly, for 4 weeks, to embody the transformation, receive personal coaching and be held, seen and loved by our conscious community. Each session is 2.5 hours in length.

You've noticed that in this era of quick fixes, world chaos and pop-up gurus telling us how we should be and how we should parent, things can be pretty darn confusing. This is for your kids because...

Well... our kids are bombarded with information that affects how they think, feel and behave. You can see this. And it happens... Every. Single. Day. This influences their mental health as well as how they function as adults. We all know that life will always have unavoidable problems and challenges. That's life. But it sure seems like this time in history is trying to sway children with an air of authority and despair like never before. 

Sad but true.

Helping our children develop a solid, inner connection, teaching them how to know and trust themselves and to feel confidence in all life’s situations, free from crippling fear and anxiety, is the greatest gift we could give them. Wouldn't it be awesome for them to practice compassion and kindness, to know what it means to have integrity, strength and honesty outside our nagging?

Heck yeah! And when developed, this ability is something that can never be taken away.

You probably already know that children watch and listen to how you are in your life, not the wise words you or others teach. They watch your ability to respond versus react, get caught up in stress or let it go, whether you’re distracted by frustrations, angry or present in the moment.

Whether we want to or not, we pass on our conscious and unconscious patterns and beliefs to our kids. MEET KELI

Keli is a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher with over 40 years experience in Transcendent Meditation. Keli has raised three kids with meditation and mindfulness, and she specializes in supporting parents to create conscious, connected families free from unnecessary drama.

Keli first learned a mantra-based meditation (TM®) at the tender age of 6. Obviously, this was not because she was searching for life’s answers, or had stress related health issues. Keli’s mother was learning because she was feeling stress and overwhelm, and she took Keli along too.

By the time she was a teenager, meditation had moved further and further down her priority list until it was almost entirely a thing of the past. What Keli did not realize until later was the significant impact meditation had had on her childhood, her teen years and her ability to stay empowered when facing life's obstacles.

    During the four support coaching classes you will be able to come with your specific questions as below. The more you show up, implement the practices and ask questions, the more you will be able to integrate the answers and practices with ease. You will also learn by listening to other moms’ questions for if/when you face similar situations and ages.

    First and foremost, the program is about you.

    It is absolutely critical that if you want to be able to influence your children in a profound and powerful way, you must be the change you wish to see; you must become the role model you would have your children look up to.

    When they see the changes in you and how you handle life’s challenges and relationships with greater and great ease, it will impact them on many levels.

    I will also be able to adjust some practices so that you can share them in a way that whets their appetite for more.

    Great question! The foundation of this course is you! This course sets the stage to be the best you that you can be for your kids. There is no required age for that to begin. The sooner, the better, especially since the demands on your time and patience will change as they grow and change, too. We are also not teaching kids to, “do as I say, not as I do.“ Therefore, the present is the perfect opportunity to deepen and re-enforce your practice before it is time to start sharing that with your son. I even encourage this program at the prenatal and adult children stage. 

  • q-iconCan stay at home dads join this group?

    Unfortunately, this program is only open to moms this time around. That said, I do teach a similar program that is open to everyone. I also privately teach, guide and support families and individuals.

  • q-iconIs meditation a religion?

    No. Meditation is an ancient tradition that has no links to religion. It does, however, have roots in ancient Vedic/Yoga traditions which are more about ways of living within the natural laws of nature. Yoga means the union of mind, body, and soul. A meditation practice will simply deepen anyone’s current faith; it has been said, and I agree, “Prayer is talking to God. Meditation is listening.”
