Meditation, Breathwork and Somatic Processing
Immersive Retreat
January 19th - 24th, 2024
Quintana Roo, Mexico

Why this retreat? Why should you embark on this Healing Journey with us? Why would you want to come and meet the parts you’d rather avoid, hide or stuff down?
Because what is left unhealed repeats and what we resist persists!
Before we took this human form, we looked down on the earth in all of our radiance and connection. We were clear about our karmic purpose and innate gifts.
From this place of pure grace and love, no obstacle or challenge along our life‘s path seemed insurmountable. There wasn't a thought of being a victim of circumstance. We knew life wasn't happening to us, but rather, it was happening through and for us. Yet, no matter this inherent understanding, we inevitably found ourselves enmeshed in the human experience of suffering (anxiety, stress, resentments, relationship problems, money challenges, illness and so forth).
We came here with a karmic contract and divine purpose; we are here to love and be loved without condition.
The path to dismantling our barriers to love is a process of meeting that which we try to avoid. The obstacle is the way. The only way out is through.
Join us to meet yourself, and reawaken this deep truth. It’s time to live the life you came here to live.

We’ll use Mantra Meditation, Conscious Breathwork, Intuitive Movement, Somatic Processing, and Conscious Community as sacred tools to meet and integrate our stress, pain and trauma. You will discover that your challenges are divine steppingstones to your conscious evolution and awakening.
It's time to remember who you really are and honour all that brought you to this critical turning point.

I was apprehensive at first. I knew deep down I would need to bring all of myself: my deepest insecurities, real authenticity and the courage to meet the darkest parts of myself, which had been keeping me separate and in fear. Because Keli was a kind, gentle soul that guided me home to the safety and the truth of my Being—I was able to go so deep into my process and meet the darkness—all I had made up about myself and the world. In this meeting, there was a holy encounter where the darkness just evaporated into love. The relief and joy from this experience cannot be fully explained in words. I experienced a massive transformation, and I'm now able to meet my life challenges from a new perspective with courage and confidence, knowing all is OK. I feel a greater connection to myself, to life and to God.

I feel really lucky to have been witnessed and held in such a safe, sacred container. It was so incredible to experience what true holding feels like. As a trained therapist myself I think sometimes holding can be exhausting, but you just keep holding and keep showing up in presence, and it's amazing and inspiring.
Somatic Therapist and Breathwork Facilitator

Founder and Lead Trainer
Keli is no stranger to mind, body and spirit awareness. She first started practicing transcendent meditation at the age of six. Keli is now a Chopra Center Certified Transcendent Meditation (PSM®) Instructor, Conscious Relationship, Uncoupling and Parenting Coach and Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, Mentor and Trainer.
Keli is also a published author, has professionally studied with Gabor Maté and is the founder of both The Other Side of Average – Therapy for the Soul and the TOSA Method.
Keli has trained, mentored and guided over 100 breathwork facilitators and organized and supported five breathwork retreats/graduation training events.
Keli's commitment to conscious living has allowed her to raise 3 beautiful children with mindfulness, overcome limiting self-concepts, heal her body of disease, and accomplish pain-free childbirth.
With well over 25 years of both meditation and somatic healing experience, her gift is in holding sacred space and helping you learn and master the three most essential tools that help align you with your soul’s purpose — your essential nature and the truest expression of yourself — all whilst healing and transcending past resentments and stories that have kept you stuck and in pain.
It is then that you experience the miracles and fulfillment of life in every moment and embody the presence to hold safe space for others to evolve beyond their story.
Keli’s philosophy is not to become your guru or healer but rather to hold the space needed for you to bring light to your darkness, helping you awaken the power you already have.

Breathwork Students
You will also be supported by our awesome team of breathwork students. These students have been working closely with Keli and Briony over the last 5-8 months, taking part in Level One and Level Two of TOSA's "More Than A Breathwork Training".
The students are taking part in this retreat both as participants on their own healing journeys and in support of their in-person training for their breathwork certification. Hailing from USA, Canada and Europe, this diverse group bring their own unique gifts and talents as space holders, and we're thrilled to have their support!
