DAY 1
THE PURPOSE AND CAUSE OF SUFFERING
Learn how to find the purpose behind, and insight into, your fear, uncertainty and struggle so you can receive the gift that is being offered, always.
DAY 2
SEPARATING THOUGHTS FROM EMOTIONS
Learn how to separate your thoughts from emotions in order to find emotional freedom and meet the true underlying need difficult emotions are covering.
DAY 3
REACTIONING VERSES RESPONDING
Learn the 7 biological responses to life situations and gain the understanding of how to respond versus react so that you can create ease, embody compassion, find positive solutions and sustain healthy relationships.
DAY 4
THE YOU BEYOND FEAR
Learn how to access the YOU that exists beyond your five senses – you are meant to be equally at home in your expanded awareness as you are in the world of physical reality.
DAY 5
THE PRACTICE OF CALM & THE LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLE
Design a plan of practice that will support your desire for true freedom and ease because there is no magic pill and knowing is not enough. In this lesson you will also discover who needs your help so you can give of your heart in such a way that you both may be set free.

At first, I thought this isn't what I am looking for. However, the exercise possibly proved me wrong. I was able to name my emotion something other than "fear" or "anxiety". Instead of the general term, it became clear what the root of the fear and anxiety was.
I was able to notice very poignantly where certain deep seeded feelings came from. I’ve had simply glimpses before but this program has been really revealing in seeing the specific thoughts and emotions that have defined my character were learned at such a young age through a set of specific experiences. This course has walked me through those in a very enlightening and empowering way.
